Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of CleanFlow — a software platform for cleaning businesses, operated by Layla's Cleaning LLC (“CleanFlow”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to cleaning companies that subscribe to CleanFlow (“Businesses”) and to their customers (“End Customers”) who receive estimates, invoices, and text messages sent by a Business through CleanFlow. By creating an account, opting in to messages, or using a link we send on behalf of a Business, you agree to these Terms.
1. What CleanFlow is
CleanFlow provides scheduling, customer management, estimates and invoicing, online payments, and customer communications (SMS/MMS and email) for independent cleaning companies. CleanFlow does not itself perform cleaning services. Every cleaning service you book, and every message, estimate, or invoice you receive through CleanFlow, comes from the Business you hired — CleanFlow is the software that Business uses.
2. Accounts and use of the platform (Businesses)
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the data you enter into CleanFlow, including your customers' contact information, and for having the right to use it.
- Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation are shown in your account's Billing settings.
- You agree not to misuse the platform — for example, to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access other Businesses' data.
3. Messaging compliance obligations (Businesses)
When you send text messages through CleanFlow you agree that you will:
- Message only customers who have given you prior express consent to receive text messages from your company (on your text-updates sign-up page, when a customer asks you by phone or in person and confirms the consent language, or when they text your number first), and keep a record of that consent. Consent must be a separate, voluntary choice: never bundled into a booking or intake form, and never a condition of receiving service.
- Send only service-related messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and invoices, on-my-way notices, and replies to customer questions. No unsolicited marketing.
- Honor opt-outs immediately. CleanFlow automatically processes STOP and HELP keywords and blocks further messages to a number that has opted out.
- Comply with the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, carrier requirements, and applicable law.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions (End Customers)
Program name:CleanFlow Messaging — appointment and service notifications sent by your cleaning company through the CleanFlow platform (operated by Layla's Cleaning LLC).
Program description: By providing your mobile number to a cleaning Business that uses CleanFlow and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring service-related SMS/MMS messages from that Business, sent through CleanFlow. Message types include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, estimates and invoices with secure payment links, “on my way” notifications, and two-way conversational replies to your questions. Every message identifies the Business by name.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with the Business.
- Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from that number unless you opt in again (reply START to resubscribe).
- For help, reply HELP to any message, contact the Business that texted you, or contact CleanFlow support at support@trycleanflow.net or (689) 300-4415.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase of any cleaning service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Not all carriers or devices are guaranteed to be supported.
- Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and our SMS / Messaging Program page for the full opt-in language and example messages.
5. Estimates, invoices, and payments
- Estimates and invoices are issued by the Business, not by CleanFlow. Prices, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds are between you and the Business.
- Online payments are processed by our payment provider (Square) into the Business's own account. CleanFlow does not store full card numbers.
- Secure estimate and invoice links on trycleanflow.net are unique to you; do not forward them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use CleanFlow lawfully. We may suspend or discontinue access where required for safety, legal, carrier-compliance, or operational reasons — including for Businesses that send messages without consent or ignore opt-outs.
7. Intellectual property
CleanFlow, its software, and its branding are owned by Layla's Cleaning LLC. Businesses retain ownership of the data they enter into the platform.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CleanFlow is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, CleanFlow and Layla's Cleaning LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or of messages sent through it, and are not responsible for the cleaning services performed by any Business.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of CleanFlow constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
