Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
CleanFlow is a software platform (“CleanFlow”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operated by Layla's Cleaning LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Cleaning companies (“Businesses”) use CleanFlow to schedule jobs, send estimates and invoices, and communicate with their own customers (“End Customers”) by text message (SMS/MMS) and email. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — whether you are a Business that uses CleanFlow, an End Customer of one of those Businesses, or a visitor to trycleanflow.net.
1. Who we are and who this policy covers
CleanFlow is a business software platform. We are not a cleaning company that services homes ourselves; we provide the software and messaging infrastructure that independent cleaning Businesses use to run their operations. This policy covers three groups of people:
- Businesses — cleaning companies and their staff who create a CleanFlow account.
- End Customers — the clients of those Businesses. When a Business enters your name, phone number, or other details into CleanFlow, we process that information on behalf of that Business, as its service provider.
- Website visitors — anyone who browses trycleanflow.net.
2. Information we collect
From Businesses: account details (company name, contact name, email, phone, address), login credentials, billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers), and settings you configure in CleanFlow.
About End Customers (entered by a Business): name, mobile phone number, email address, service address, appointment details (services, dates, times, notes), estimates and invoices, payment status, and your text-message consent status (opt-in / opt-out) and the messages exchanged with the Business.
Automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the CleanFlow platform.
- To send messages on behalf of a Business to its own End Customers — appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates and invoices (with secure payment links on our domain), “on my way” notices, and replies in two-way conversations initiated by the End Customer or the Business.
- To process payments and provide receipts for Businesses and End Customers.
- To bill Businesses for their CleanFlow subscription.
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal, tax, and carrier requirements.
4. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) and mobile information
Text messages are sent through CleanFlow only to End Customers who have opted in with the Business that serves them— on the Business's text-updates sign-up page, by asking the Business (by phone or in person) to receive text updates and confirming the consent language, or by texting the Business's number first. Opting in is voluntary: it is never part of a booking, purchase, or intake form, and it is never a condition of receiving service. Each Business can message only its own customers, and every message identifies the Business by name. Consent status (date, source, and exact consent text) is recorded per End Customer in CleanFlow. Full program details are on our SMS / Messaging Program page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described in this policy excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the service-related messages described above and are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately and enforced across the entire CleanFlow platform for that phone number and Business.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With the Business you are a customer of.If you are an End Customer, the Business that entered your information can see it — CleanFlow is that Business's software.
- With service providers that help us run the platform and that are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us — for example our SMS/voice carrier provider, our payment processor (Square), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database providers. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.
- For legal reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CleanFlow, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer — if CleanFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as the Business's account is active and as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as long as required for legal, accounting, tax, or carrier-compliance purposes (for example, records of SMS consent and opt-outs). Businesses can export their data from CleanFlow at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information. End Customers may contact the Business that serves them or contact us directly; we will work with the Business to honor your request.
- Businesses can update, export, or delete their account data in Settings or by contacting us.
- Ask questions about this policy using the contact details below.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and role-based access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and limit access to it.
9. Children's privacy
CleanFlow is intended for businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of CleanFlow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
