CleanFlow Legal
SMS / Messaging Program
Last updated: August 16, 2026
CleanFlow (operated by Layla's Cleaning LLC) is a software platform used by cleaning businesses. Through CleanFlow, each business sends service-related text messages to its own customers who have opted in. This page explains exactly what is sent, how you give consent, and how to stop.
Program name and sender
CleanFlow Messaging. Messages are sent by your cleaning company, through the CleanFlow platform. Each business has its own dedicated phone number, and every message identifies the business by name. CleanFlow never sends its own marketing to end customers, and a business can only message its own customers.
What messages are sent
Only service-related, transactional messages tied to your relationship with the cleaning company:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Estimates and invoices, with a secure link to view, accept, or pay online
- “On my way” notifications when the team is heading to your home
- Replies to questions you send (two-way conversations)
No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
How you opt in (consent)
You give consent directly to the cleaning company that serves you, in one of these ways:
- On the company's text-updates sign-up page (a public page on this website, one per business, e.g. trycleanflow.net/text/layla-s-cleaning): you enter your mobile number and check an unchecked-by-default consent box that shows the full consent language below. A confirmation text is sent right after.
- By asking the company, by phone or in person: if you ask to receive text updates, the business reads you the same consent language, and only after you say yes does the team check “Client agreed to receive text messages” in your customer record. This is a separate, voluntary choice — it is not part of booking and is never required to receive service. The date and source of consent are stored with your record.
- By texting the company's number first — starting a conversation is consent to receive replies to that conversation.
Screenshots of the opt-in experience (for carrier and platform review):
- Sign-up page with the consent checkbox (customer-facing)
- Consent checkbox in the customer record (business staff, phone / in-person opt-in)
The consent language shown at the point of consent (sign-up page, or read by the business) is:
I agree to receive text messages from [Company Name] at the mobile number I provided, sent through the CleanFlow platform, about my appointments (confirmations, reminders, on-my-way notices), estimates and invoices, and replies to my questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Privacy Policy: trycleanflow.net/privacy · Terms: trycleanflow.net/terms
Right after you opt in, you receive one confirmation text: “[Company Name]: you're signed up for text updates (appointments, estimates, invoices). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Consent is recorded per customer in the CleanFlow system at the time it is given (date, source, and the exact consent text shown). Businesses never purchase phone lists, and CleanFlow blocks messages to anyone who has replied STOP.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages from that number unless you opt in again (reply START to resubscribe). Opt-outs are enforced immediately across the CleanFlow platform.
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance, contact the business that texted you, or contact CleanFlow support at support@trycleanflow.net or (689) 300-4415.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations. Message and data rates may apply and are billed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy; program terms are in our Terms of Service (section “SMS Terms and Conditions”).
